What is the cost for shipping?

United States: $3.75 

Canada: $5.00 

Australia: $5.00 for first item and $0.50 each item thereafter within same order. 

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

What is a hand-stamped pet tag and how does this differ from an engraved tag? 

There are no machines involved with hand stamping. Letter/character impressions are stamped into the metal individually by hand, one character to a stamp. Since this is all done by hand, spacing, depth of stamping, and straightness will always vary, adding to the charm and uniqueness of your piece. No two tags will ever be exactly alike and will vary slightly from sample photos. 

What type of engraving is used on the engraved tags, and will it rub off easily?

Rotary engraving is used with multiple passes, resulting in deep engraving that is very long lasting and durable. It is similar in depth to the stamped tags. 

How long does it take to make my tag and ship?

Production time is generally 5-10 business days. It could be sooner but won't be longer. If you require your tag sooner please send a message with the "contact" link at the bottom of the site or leave a note when ordering. I will contact you to let you know if a rush order is possible. All tags are shipped first class unless otherwise arranged. International orders are shipped first class international. 

Keep in mind that the USPS does not quote any delivery time estimates for first class international shipping, and it can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks on average (could be shorter or longer depending on customs in your country) for international packages to arrive, depending on where you are located worldwide. 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties that may be applied by your country. These are not included in my shipping charges as I have no way to know what fees your country may charge you and I have no control over such fees.  

Can I request a custom order of something not listed in the shop?

Sure, just send a message with the "contact" link at the bottom of the site.
